The first step after you have found a kitty you are interested in adopting is to complete an adoption application.

The Cat Adoption Application is available in PDF here.

To complete the application, print the application, fill it out by hand, and then do one of the following:

  • Email it as a file attachment to: [email protected]
  • Fax it to us at (401) 294-4963.
  • If you are unable to email or fax the application, you are welcome to drop it off at the shelter for processing.

Please note only processed and approved applicants are invited to make an appointment to meet our wonderful cats.
